By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
To register and use BigPirate Casino, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 years of age where that is the legal minimum in your jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate or organizational accounts are not permitted.
- Online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to this platform is explicitly blocked by local regulation.
- You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling services.
Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or pending bonuses.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account on the BigPirate platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
You must provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it current. BigPirate reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
3. Know Your Customer and Verification
As part of our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, we require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID card) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Additional documents may be requested for larger withdrawals.
Verification is completed by our internal compliance team and typically takes between 12 and 48 hours from submission of complete documents. Withdrawals are held pending verification completion.
4. Deposits
Deposits are accepted via methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier for each payment method. BigPirate does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and your account reviewed for compliance.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times after approval vary by method: e-wallets typically within 24 hours, cryptocurrency within the same day, bank transfers within 3 to 5 business days. Withdrawal limits apply by method and account tier and are displayed in the cashier.
All withdrawals must be made to a method previously used for deposits where technically possible. Withdrawals to accounts not belonging to you are not permitted. BigPirate reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered by BigPirate are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms attached to each promotion. The general welcome bonus terms are:
- 100% match on first deposit up to $1,000 USD.
- 200 free spins credited to designated slot titles.
- Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
- Free spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement.
- Slots contribute 100% toward wagering. Live dealer games contribute 5-10%. Table games contribute 10%.
- Maximum bet from bonus funds: $5 per spin or hand.
- Bonus expires 30 days from the date of crediting.
BigPirate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-account use, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on the BigPirate platform use certified random number generation for outcomes. RTP figures are published within each game's information panel. Game results are final once confirmed by the server. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.
Any technical malfunction during gameplay voids all related bets and wins. If a game fails to complete due to a system error, the software will attempt to restore the last valid game state where technically possible.
8. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the BigPirate sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules available in the sportsbook help section. BigPirate reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are disclosed in the sportsbook rules section.
9. Responsible Gambling
BigPirate provides tools to support responsible gambling including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. To access these tools, navigate to the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and applied across the entire platform.

10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BigPirate platform:
- Opening or operating more than one account
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players in any game format
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity
- Providing false identity or financial information
- Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them
- Conducting chargebacks on legitimate deposits
Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
BigPirate Casino is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party service provider outages beyond our direct control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
