These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the BigPirate.pro website and all associated services ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to gamble online in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful where you reside. We do not accept liability for your failure to check local laws.

One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. Providing false information, including false date of birth or identity documents, constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your password. Enable two-factor authentication to reduce this risk.

3. Deposits

Minimum deposit is $20 USD. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits from payment methods not registered to you are prohibited. We reserve the right to return funds to the originating payment method if this rule is violated.

Crypto deposits are converted to USD at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. You bear the risk of exchange rate movements between the time you send a crypto payment and the time it confirms. We do not adjust deposit amounts after confirmation.

4. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is $50 USD for crypto and $100 USD for card or bank transfer. Standard accounts may withdraw up to $10,000 USD per calendar week. Higher limits are available for VIP account holders on request.

Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address document dated within the last 90 days. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 12 to 24 hours. Once approved, transfer times depend on the selected method. Crypto withdrawals typically complete within 24 hours. Card withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days. Bank wire transfers take 5 to 7 business days.

5. Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered on this Platform are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 35 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.

The maximum bet while a bonus is active is $10 USD per spin or hand. Bets above this threshold during active bonus play constitute a breach of bonus terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game contribution to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, video poker contributes 20%, table games including blackjack and roulette contribute 10%, live casino games contribute 5%. These rates may vary by specific game and will be confirmed in the individual bonus terms.

Bonuses expire 14 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry. Bonus expiry cannot be extended.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location
• Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other players
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Exploiting software errors or system bugs
• Placing wagers funded by stolen payment methods or fraudulent funds
• Providing false identity documentation
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers through coordinated multi-account strategies

7. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming and provide tools to help players manage their activity. You may set deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and request self-exclusion directly from your account settings or by contacting support.

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During the self-exclusion period, your account is inaccessible and we will not send marketing communications. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period ends will be subject to a 30-day cooling-off period before reinstatement.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Pirate Casino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms does not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for losses caused by interruptions in service, technical failures, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to arbitration under Curacao jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
